The jubilee is a big reason I love it! Bracelet stretch comes from the stress placed on the pins, and Rolex has begun to use ceramic “sheaths” on the pins of their PM bracelets to protect against it. So I suspect stretch will be no problem at all here. And, IMHO, the solid YG jubilee — with the two-tone/black-gray bezel — is stunning.
