Has Rolex ever made a (no date) Submariner in other than black? If so, when?

First off, I understand it's just a Submariner, not a "no date" Submariner. I just wanted clarity in the thread title.

That said, I'm still pretty new to the brand so I certainly lack evolutionary knowledge of the Sub.

What I do know is that I don't think I have seen a picture of a Submariner in any color other than black. Ever. I am referring to both the dial and/or bezel. Every time I see a dial and/or bezel in any color other than black, it's always a Sub Date. Has a non all black Sub ever been produced? If so when?

I prefer no dates, and would go crazy for a LV or LB Sub. Do you think there is any chance we will see a non all black future Submariner in the future?
