Ensuring Second and Minutes Hands are Aligned?

Anybody else pay close attention to ensure the second hand and minute hands are properly aligned, or am I the only anal retentive person on the forum? I doubt it. I take a lot of effort to ensure that when the seond hand hits 12, the minute hand is right at the propoer minute marking. On my GMT's (and most of my other hacking watches), I can stop the minute hand on the 12 marker and align the minute hand, but with my two Omega Speedmasters and Baume & Mercier (with the 7753 chronograph movement) I set the seconds hand to 8 and align the minute hand and it "catches up".

Tell me I'm not the only crazy person on the forum?
