Also, I can't be sure exactly how it works in your state, but if someone buys a watch in store, asks for the box to be shipped, and takes the watch with him and the store doesn't charge sales tax, I'm pretty sure that's actually a discount. Otherwise it would be the AD who's committing tax fraud by not declaring an in store/state sale.
Incidentally, Cincinnati sales tax has been 7.8% since 1 October 2020. So the $5,000 saved would equate to MRSP of just over $64,000. The 506 has been $75,000 plus since launch in 2013. So you're saying that the "client" got at least an $11,000 discount and paid no sales tax?
And as you've named the AD in question as Richter and Phillips, and you've just accused them of tax fraud, and they will know who you are (if you actually worked there at all) that's maybe not the smartest thing you've applied you college degree to doing.
There's an element of bitterness in naming the AD the way you did, which makes me think - did you really work there? Were you perhaps fired? or were you a disillusioned hopeful?
How much of your post (if any) is actually real?
Call me a cynic, but I doubt much of it. There's nothing you've stated that would require you to have actually worked there. No "insight"
Nothing you couldn't have collated from reading some of the wider discussions on this forum alone.
I rarely say this but I'm calling BS on this.
