At what extend does buying a jewelry made from the boutique helps you get your Rolex? Let's say that I'm waiting for GMT and willing to spend 2-3k on some jewelry, can it helps me get further on the list? Could I get it in months or a year? Already been waiting for 8 months.

Please note that if I buy some jewelry it would make my wife really happy so win-win in this case if I can get my watch.

My current spend history with this AD is 14k (Rolex watch)
