Rolex Box Identification
Hi,
I hope this is the correct place for this post. Wondering if some more experienced forum members can help me? I purchased a Rolex Explorer "with box and papers" from a London based dealer in 2015 (I won't name them for now). When I tried to sell my watch recently, it emerged that the box they had sold me with the watch was an older style box (not correct for a 2010 Explorer) and also not authentic. To put things right, they took the old box back, and provided me with this replacement, which they say is correct for a 2010 Explorer. Now, I'm no expert, but to me, this has all the hallmarks of being a fake too. However, the dealer is insisting it is genuine and that they have been in the business 30 years. I've attached some pictures. I wonder if you could either help put my mind to rest or confirm my suspicions? Many thanks in advance. https://photos.app.goo.gl/mbB2PKyx4BDQd18x7 |
