Axel Brodella - Be careful in dealing with this person
I have learned my expensive lessin with this crook from Germany.
Firstly I made the purchase on a Rolex LV dial listed in ebay in April under seller named "nice.pebbles" (said to belong to his wife). I was being asked by this guy to deal outside via Paypal to save the ebay fees. So I did and eventually what I got was a totally defective dial with millions of scratches on the dial face. The ebay picture was intentional shot with strong lighting to hide the defects. So I requested to return the dial and have it refund. He aked me to send it back for inspection but insist the dial was taken straight out of his LV in perfect conditions. So the dial went back to his wife under EMS. Then this guy just kept saying he was travelling and couldn't inspect the dial before a refund can be arranged. OK, I waited.......And he relisted the dial again in ebay. Then I saw in May in ebay a 16520 bezel was being listed by nice.pebbles which I thought perhaps it could be a better option to take it with some extra money so that no need to wait for the refund of the dial. So I made the offer and again this time this guy came back and lured me into making the deal outside ebay. So I thought to myself, well, better to get the things setlted quickly and I fell into the trap again and made the balance payment via Paypal. This is the bezel being showed in ebay: And can you believe it, this is the actual bezel being received and taken out straight out from the packing: So I contacted this guy and informed him about this is a completely wrong bezel, and politely asking him if there has been any mistakes in sending me the wrong bezel without even mentioning "fake". Hard to imagine this crook replied and denied this was the bezel he sent and said he checked before sending and was sure the bezel was the one shown in the picture of ebay! I showed him the pictures of the packing (envelope, box etc.) and there is no way he could deny the item was not the one he sent - so he was indicating I made the swap, I am a crook! Totally outrages! I was still being kind enough to offer to return the bezel so that he could inspect it before refunding, which again he agreed so it went back to his wife under EMS. I made two EMS's now, and all the cost was out of my pocket. So now both the defective LV Dial and fake 16520 bezel returned, and I demand for my full refund. And then the whole issue has been dragging on since April because this crook kept saying he was travelling and had no chance to inpect the returned dial and bezel. Tons of emails exchanges in these days, but the only answer I got is the same old BS - still travelling. Until I couldn't bear it any more and told him I was going to raise the claim in Paypal and report the case to ebay then he felt the pressure and promised to make the refund on 17 July. Then he said he forgot the transaction details already so I gave him the full details of both transactions, and in return he came back and said how could he make the refunds since my payments were made already over 60 days. What an A-Hole! So I demanded for money pay via Paypal with the PP fee added which he again agreed, but then another great response from this moron is that he is waiting for funds coming into his PP account and shall then make the money transfer in week 30. OK, I wait again........And of couse nothing comes in. Today's answer from this crook "still waiting for the payments..." Gents, these are the classic statements from this crook named Axel Brodella - I am 100% reliable - You can count on my words - If I say something it is True - I have good references and reputation - I said that I will refund you - I do not like your tone Can you believe I have to make myself like a begger asking for the money that actually belongs to me? And being treated like a fool by being kicking around? And still I have to lose the high EMS cost. I am not sure how many happy deals the Rolex Forums members have with this guy, but surely I have paid my lesson. For those who have not yet or are going to have deals with this guy, think twice and learn from the experience I have. |
