Need Advice re:Refinishing vs. Replacing Dial

I'm trying to sell a Men's Rolex President 18K Gold with a Diamond Bezel/Diamond and Champagne Dial on Ebay. The watch is in excellent condition except for a slight discoloration at the top of dial.

My question is should I go ahead and replace the dial then try to sell it? I know the value would go up if I replaced it with a factory dial. There's a used factory dial that hasn't been refinished exactly the same I can get for $895. I also looked into getting my dial refinished, but was wondering if that decreases the value of the Rolex and if so by how much? I know authorized dealers won't replace a factory dial with a refinished dial and so far the Rolex has only been taken to authorized dealers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Below is a link to a picture that shows the discoloration. It actually isn't too noticeable when looking at the watch in person, in fact I didn't notice it until I read my brother's appraisal. The pictures enhance it because their up close and I wanted to disclose everything about the Rolex.
