Can I ask everyones advice on a pending purchase???

Hey all,

Have'nt posted in a while, just been lurking but I need some advice from the experts and the rest of you all as well
I have been offered a deal on two watches:

1) OMEGA Snoopy Speedmaster Limited Edition Reference # 3578.51.00 and watch was bought new by seller in July 2006 at an Omega dealer. Omega warranty valid till July 2008

and

2) Omega Seamaster RAILMASTER 41mm Chronometer Aqua Terra Comes with COSC certificate, Railmaster brochure, all boxes and paperwork. Watch was bought new by seller on Aug. 20, 2006 at an Omega dealer. Omega warranty valid till August 2009

So basically I can get both for $4500 CAD and would pick them up in Montreal and bring cash. This seems like a good deal to me and I believe I would be happy with both watches and could even flip one for decent cash as well... but what do you all think? Is this a GREAT deal or just a GOOD deal?
