Hi! I am new to the forum and it will be great if I can have some help.

A friend of mine is offering me his RO15400 black dial, it has the box but no papers, he recently just polished it with AP service center. The watch looks brand new after the service.

He is asking for 28K. I have never owned an AP and love the watch but don´t know if it is a fair price.
