Just received my RSC Estimate.

Last week I went to set the time on my 116619 and the crown along with the stem pulled out of the watch. Since the watch is 8 years old I decided to send it in.

Here is a copy of the estimate from Dallas.

I’m not sure if this is because this is a non warranty repair but this estimate is quite different from estimates I’ve received in the past. Looks like they no longer list every tiny little scratch and ding on the watch.

Estimated repair time quoted, 4 weeks. We shall see.
