new releases/discontinued models

Hi all, is it correct that Rolex announce new models and which models are being continued on April 1st each year?

Also with the release earlier this year of the 70th anniversary submariner "starbucks" that has a brighter bezel than the previous 2020 model (presuming this new model isn't a short term release) would it be fair to presume that the preceding Starbucks model with the darker bezel that was originally released in 2020 (model 126610LV) will be discontinued next year?

2020-2024 would be a relatively short run compared to the "Hulk" which ran from 2010-2020 I believe, then again the original "Kermit" was produced from 2003-2010 so perhaps Rolex are shortening how many years they release their new submariners moving forward, I guess on the plus side if you own a starbucks with the darker Mk1 bezel and it is discontinued after only 4 years of production then there won't be as many in circulation as previous submariner models such as the hulk and the Kermit?

Thanks
