My Scratches Don't Tell A Story

I was looking at the rather scratched bezel of my Explorer and I realized I don't know how it got so beat up. There are no great memories of dinging my watch while doing something spectacular or particularly memorable. They just show up out of the blue.

I wear it all the time so there is a higher chance for dings. Some marks are significant enough that I figure I should really remember hitting the watch on something. Before long it's going to look like I have a brushed bezel.
