Rolex dimple dial or reflection

I just had my watched service by a plaque service center. They did an amazing job, however I’m noticing something on the dial I didn’t notice previously. I’ve read about the “dimple” dial, and it looks like there is a glare/reflection from the hand stack. I can say I never noticed this before service, and it’s pretty obvious so I’m not sure how I wouldn’t have noticed it previously. This is an older watch with the original non-AR crystal. So I’m curious 1. Is this normal and 2. Would a new AR Crystal eliminate this type of glare? It’s hard to get a picture of because it only happens when light hits a certain angle. Or maybe the hands are not set low enough?
