New Pelagos 39
As some may remember, the bracelet on my 124060 broke a couple of weeks ago. It is now at the RSC for the repair under warranty.
I had been looking at the Tudor Pelagos 39 for a while so I decided to pull the trigger. The transaction with Takyua was flawless, and I it was on my wrist in 2 days. I really like this reference. It wears great and after 2 weeks is running about 1second/day fast (possibly my most accurate watch). I like the light weight and the T clasp is solid. This will probably serve as my GADA watch and I am looking forward to wearing it a lot. I’m not going to baby it, and we’ll see how she holds up. So far, my only complaint is the lume on the hands really is pretty weak. It is somewhat difficult to read if I wake up in the middle of the night. No super big deal, but I think Tudor could have done better. It won’t replace my 124060, but I definitely think this watch can fill a spot in my wearing routine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
