Incoming first Rolex…

And I chose 116610V.

Been a lurker here for quite sometime and finally have the means to add a third watch to my small current collection of two divers. Only the Omega did I purchase new from an AD and as of today the Rolex is my worst “investment” of the three.

Black - Omega Plant Ocean 2201.50 with the D revision of the ETA caliber 2500. The most accurate and durable watch I’ve owned. Also the largest at 42mm.

Blue - Blancpain Fifty Fathoms 5008-11B40-52A Ocean Commitment III. As SCUBA diver that uses these watches as tools, there isn’t a better dive watch IMO. It’s very rare and highly sought after for a reason. This isn’t the place to list it’s merit but, it’s my undisputed grail.

Green - Rolex Submariner Hulk because it’s cool and rounds out my colours. Prefer maxi case and it’s the first sub to feature the now popular ceramic bezel.

I’ll post a few pictures of the Holy Diver trinity when it arrives.
Queue the DIO
