will they polish out

Hi,
I've just got a used explorer 1. On the sides (the highly polished sides) and the bezel there are some small dents. They are very shallow, so shallow you cannot feel them with your fingers. You can just about feel one of them with a fingernail if you have the nail at exactly the right angle - and then only just.

In fact, you can only just see them: you need bright light, at the right angle, and to be looking directly at them to be able to see them.

My question is will they polish out as part of a service.

Sorry there are no photos, but I don't have a digital camera.
