How to sell a watch to a newbie on the forum

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum, I've been selling and reselling watches for over 7 years. Therefore, I decided to look at this forum to find new friends and also to increase my sales sales.
I ran into a problem that I didn't quite understand how to put watches up for sale???
I sell original products in almost perfect condition.
