I like those women and will miss them on this site. My thinking is never say never, since people can have a change of heart. Even if some of our women members felt it was right for them to move on, their decision isn't unilateral and applicable to all female members. Hopefully, we all make decisions that seem right for us as individuals, and unless someone does something egregious, people can return. The door swings both ways.
