My poor bike doesn't have the luxury of sleeping in a nice garage, so in the past, I have used a combination of a bike cover and a waterproof tarp.
It worked but was a pain to uncover etc when it was time to ride.
I found this thing on the net, and so happens, they are manufactured about 5 miles from home.
GREAT INVENTION.
It is a water resistant tent over a metal frame.
Just pull the bike into position, and fold it down. ( like a fan would open).
When you want to head out, just lift and bike is ready.
