Grand seiko 9R65 QC issue

I recently noticed something off about the reversing wheel of my Shunbun (SBGA413/443)

On closer inspection with a loupe, I can confirm that it is Dirt/grime/burring (take your pick) mixed with lubricant. In fact there are 7-8 of these lumps of various sizes all around that wheel.

The watch less than 11 months ago and based on how I have used it, there is no good reason for something like to pop up so soon.

Has anyone else faced a similar quality control issue with their spring drive GS?
