Oyster Perpetual 1018 (36mm)

Hello all!

I recently aquired an oversized OP from what seems to be 1963.

I've done quite a bit of research on this watch and have come to understand that I have an older version with a 1560 movement, Swiss only dial and dauphine hands.

Something I wasn't anticipating upon opening the box was a blued second hand. Anybody have any insight into this? There is another one up on omega forums currently with a blued second hand that looks like mine, but I just want to be sure this is correct and accurate, as I paid and was assured this was a fairly original example.
