Can you replace Tudor 79270 rotating hour bezel with 79280 fixed tachymeter?

Hi everyone,

Counting on your knowledge again as I'm a bit out of my depth here. I've been searching for quite a while for a Tudor 79280p with "oxblood red" dial, which are actually quite hard to come by in the market. However, I recently found a 79270 for sale with the same dial. Normally I wouldn't consider it but the price actually leans towards what you might call a "steal". In fact, the price is low enough that it could be worth for me sourcing a fixed tachymeter of the 79280 and replacing the rotating bezel of the 79270. Except for the bezel, the watches seem identical. Not sure if it's possible to replace the bezel given that one is fixed, the other one is rotating.

Anyone has experience with this?

Thanks!
