Help Identifying Vintage OP

Hi,

I may be coming into possession of what appears to be a solid gold vintage Oyster Perpetual. I’m assuming the band isn’t original, but can anyone help identify the model?

Model?
Approximate Year of production?
Original Band?
Can that crystal be replaced with a servicing by Rolex?
Would you recommend using a watchmaker and not Rolex for this?
Approximate Value of such a watch?
