My first Panerai

Hello, I'm looking to pick up my first Panerai and I've narrowed the choice down to a Radiomir Quaranta PAM01293 vs a Radiomir 1940 PAM01144.

My wrist size is 16cm in circumference, so the Quaranta seems to be a more natural fit for my wrist. However, I prefer the case shape of the 1940 Radiomir, the 100m water resistance, and true in-house manual movement. A small concern I have with the 1940 Radimoir is having to unscrew the crown each time I need to wind the watch.

Has anyone had experience with either of these watches, particularly the wearing experience, that can provide some feedback?
