France or German non-Rolex AD discounts
Hi. Do any of the AD’s in France or Germany give discounts on non-hard to get watches? E.G IWC, Omega, Cartier, Panerai. Was looking at upcoming trip and thought between a VAT refund and a discount, we could do very well.
