Domed to fluted bezel

Hi all,

Recently purchased a 116200 which i am now looking to swap the bezel from domed to fluted. I am already aware that it will change the reference number but I can swap back the bezel if need be when it’s due in for a service.
My question is will an aftermarket white gold one fit just as well as an official one or do I need to look harder because I’m already struggling to find one as it is. Is this an easy process a decent watchmaker can do for me with the right tools without scratching the case?
Thanks
