Long time lurker finally in the club
Hey all. I'll try to not go nuts with an intro but I have been a long time lurker of TRF.
I first learned about the Kazimon 1500b here nearly 15 years ago. I was finally able to acquire one after a multi-year search. Even picked up the SS version. From there I went to Omega and owned a 2201.50 for many years which a recently sold to a good friend after AD service. That dude got that thing for a steal. I still have my trusty daily beater the titanium electric blue 2231.80. Love that watch so much. I decided several months back that I wanted to get a GMT for a big milestone birthday. I was not prepared for the AD games that are going on these days. After waitlisting for months I threw in the towel and picked up a 116710LN from Huntingdon Watches. Looks and runs as good as new. I even bought a Weishi 1900 to test it upon arrival. Everything was as expected. Very happy. Next quest is to try and find a jubilee bracelet for it without breaking the bank. Anyway, finally, hello everyone. Sam PS - Tried uploading some pics of the new GMT but they are too big and I am too busy to try to fix it. Sorry. |
