Incoming!!! - Autumn colours

Picked up this beautiful Datejust 126231, Everose and Steel, Chocolate dial. Looks fantastic in the daylight.

This is actually my second registration for this piece. I was allocated it in February and passed, purely due to picking up the mint green in November 23. Anyway I was complaining to the wife that I'd missed out, so she contacted my SA and re-registered my interest and this month I was allocated the piece. I'm really pleased with my purchase and the TT is a good way to add the rose gold without having to commit to full PM flash.

During the visit, I expressed my concern around inexperienced SA's mauling screws (happened once with a Rolex, SA ordered replacement links without question. Happened with another brand on Holiday).
The SA was fantastic and went through every detail and tool. I knew they heated the links to break the loctite seal but didn't realise they had this fancy electric vice $1200 online. He also advised to use the torque screwdrivers, that way you can't add too much pressure. If the screw doesn't give way, they then heat the link. Beats a hairdryer or lighter.
