Platinum Daytona

I recently tried on a platinum Daytona.. and it was pure ecstasy. It made me want one so very bad! While I could theoretically afford one and not be in a bad position financially, it would definitely be a financial stretch though.

I started asking myself, when would I wear something like this, and that's where it helps ease my desire- I'm not sure when I'd feel the appropriate time to just wear out a $100K watch in most public places. And wearing something like this is most definitely a flex and can create a certain perception that can, in my world, make others jealous and/or resentful that I can spend that much money on a watch. So as much as I love it, it won't be in my future.

Now if my AD offered one at MSRP, I'd do it! But that will never happen.
