Cartier Tanks?

I know this is the wrong forum, but I don't know where else to ask.

My wife wants a Cartier Tank. I'm thinking steel. I'm partial to vintage, but I don't know that she cares too much either way. I know they come in several shapes, so we'll need to do some research on that front.

Any suggestions on where to look for them? Any suggestions on places to learn about them?
