hello! from a newbie (2nd attempt at introduction)

not sure why my earlier intro was not posted, but thought i should intro myself if i'm gonna 'hang around' here :o)

i'm very new to the forum, but been lurking for a month now. i must say i am very impressed by the level of enthusiasm and knowledge of the members here. being a Rolex enthusiast myself, i hope to learn more so i can babble with reasonable intelligence the next time someone points to my watch <lol!>

btw, the 1st Rolex i ever bought was a DJ i bought for my wife. i loved it so much i bought a Sub for myself (my 1st love!!!).
Then the GMT IIc caught my eye and i was lost...i had to chalk up my credit card just to own it.......no regrets! <grin>
