Been a while since posting here! I mostly hang on WUS, but I remembered that RF has a Panerai forum!

So I'm thinking of buying a Panerai tomorrow, and as I have small wrists (they measure between 6.25" and 6.5") I'm gravitating toward the PAM00048. I love it! I can also get 20 percent off at my local AD, which I understand is pretty good.

They also have a PAM00282 which catches my eye as well, but I don't like the blue leather strap (a little too feminine/"experimental" for my tastes) and I have my doubts about titanium (scratching seems easier, harder to restore finish, etc. etc.) But -- it's neat! With a brown or reddish-brown start I can see it looking REALLY cool!

What do you guys & gals think? I can get 20 points off of either model.

I may try on some of the 44mms tomorrow, but am 95% sure I will feel they are too big for me. I love the look/feel of the 40mm models on my wrist.
