So my wife and I have made very good friends with a couple
that is twice as old as us. They are in their mid 50's and we just got back from a very nice night out. I actually became very good friends with their son that is the same age as me and over the last year or so we became very close with his parents.
We call them just like they are any other couple that we are friends with and they are some of the best people we know. They are basically the same age as our parents but they act and seem just like us. The father is a big shot for corporate McDonalds and the wife owns her own insurance company. We went to a very nice restaurant down on the Cape and had a few drinks, then a nice meal then a few more drinks. Then we went to a local bar and listened to some music and had some more drinks. We had a great time and now I'm home thinking how lucky I am to have nice friends like this. Do you people think its weird that my wife and I have friends like this? They are not swingers or into anything weird its just that we share a love for the Cape and get along really well. When I was out with them I think everyone at the restaurant thought that they were our parents. Talk to me. Ps. At the moment I am Sh** faced so I may be rambling. If I am tell me so and I will shut up. I like these people and they feel the same way about us. |
