Adjust time backward on 1500?
My late 1970's 1500 does not appear to have a hacking mechanism, as the second hand continues to run when the crown is pulled out all the way. If it is running fast and I want to adjust the minute hand backward, will that cause any damage to the movement?
I was about to make such an adjustment and hesitated to do so because the second hand stopped when I started the minute hand backward. I appreciate any information you can give me. |
