Rolex vs Others: I do see the difference
I have lots of seiko watches from $50 to $250. When I do hold my Rolex Sub next to any seiko, there is definitely a clear cut difference in craftsmanship between the two watches. Yeah, some of my watches are close to 200g in weight and feel substantially heavier than the SUB or the SD BUT that quality of Rolex is clearly not there in them.
The sharp machined edges give the SUB and SD a very tool like/ precision instrument like look and feel ... although the seikos are more massive, they seem like toys infront of the Rolexes ....Even the mirror finish on the seikos looks differnt and cheesier than that on the Rolex .... I am not trying to start a fight here over rolex and seiko but I do see that a Rolex dive watch is built differently than a $100 or $200 watch ... |
