New Member So California and Hawaii

Just joined today. I must say that this site is very addicting! In a great way. After reading several members topics is appears that most members are great! My wife and I have loved watches all our life, always looking. Last December while at our Honolulu Home we met up with a friend who is very big in the music sceen. He got me going on the difficulty of obtaining the Daytona SS. Well that's all it took..if it's hard to get I had to have one. Have been looking since then, online and at AD's everywhere. What's really amusing is how rude some sales people are in AD's when you even ask about a Daytona SS! Anyway, to make a very long story short, we were out of town on vacation and did our usual, walked into a AD and starting chatting with a nice sales person who actually said "no problem" just give us a deposit and it will be here in about 4 weeks. Got a call 2 weeks ago and it was there! Just as promised. It was beautiful. Well don't want to get you too bored...but now I love it and this AD is getting one for my musician friend. Should be in next week! What a pleasure. More to come...Thanks for listening.
