How to Manually Wind a Vintage Submariner?
I hate to ask this newbie-ish question, but my search didn't turn up the information I need.

How do I manually wind my 16800? Does it feel like it's actually winding (that is, a slight clicking)? And, is it the same technique for my wife's 1978 DJ?
