The history of my Rolex.

Hi, New to the forum and I'm wondering if anyone can help me to get some history on my watch.

My Dad gave me this watch for my 30th birthday 7 years ago after having it himself for many years, It was given to him by a client of his and it is an Oyster Perpetual Datejust in stainless steel with a gold dial, on the dial it has the Royal crest of Qatar and some arabic print.
Could anybody shed some light on how many of them were issued and the value?
Its serial number is - R415759
Pic enclosed but please excuse the face which has now been replaced.
Many thanks.
