Counting The Number Of Changes Made On GMT

I am a total novice on Rolex compared to many on this board but if you don't ask questions you will never learn.

If you compare the GMT 11c to the last series of the GMT11 what differences are there and the exact number?

I was able to figure out the following:
Super Case
Triple Lock Crown
Larger Crown
Ceramic Bezel
Parachrome Hairspring
Clasp
Cyclops Magnification
Green Time Zone Minute Hand
Green Lettering On Dial
Polished Center Links

Should "Larger Bezel" be on the list?
Maxi Dial?
Thicker Crystal?
That is all I can think of, I would love to know the exact number of revisions and what they are.
