Question About Pay Pal ...
For the guys who sell/ship a lot of watches, is PayPal still a safe way to do business as long as you are dealing with a buyer with a verified address? Over the past few months, I have heard about a PayPal scam where the buyer files a complaint against the seller after receiving the merchandise and PayPal freezes the funds, or pulls the funds out of the seller's account - or something like that. Any advice? I prefer bank wires, but have done business through PayPal with verified addresses before. I just don't know anything about my prospective buyer. He's new here with zero posts.
Thanks, Mike
