i really don't know a whole lot about rolex watches

My father gave me this watch. I priced this online but i really don't know a whole lot about rolex watches. It is a Oyster perpetual date / Submariner. it is good condition. the Black ring that spins with the numbers 10 through 50 on it is loose and can fall off form time to time. the watch keeps time
