Some repair help please/steer me in the right direction...

I have a quick question. Is there anyone here that could do the work or recommend someone locally here in Spain that would be willing to repair my Tudor Sub 7928 with the broken winding stem? Now, my AD has sent the watch off to Rolex Spain already and I'm waiting for the estimate from them in about a week or so.

If, by chance I'm not happy with what they tell me (very possible) is there anyone else I can turn to? I'm just afraid Rolex Spain is really gonna screw me on the repair, it's just a bad feeling I have. Thanks guys and gals.
