rolex president
Hi all,
I'm new here...just posted my debut on the new members forum. I inherited a beautiful watch from my grampa..it is a circa 1980s president and it is basically brand new (gold stick dial, fluted bezel, pres bracelet). Only been worn a couple of times for a few hours in total. Anyways, one of the gold stick markers on the dial has fallen off somehow. Does any one know how big a deal it is to fix this? Doesn't look like much but... also, I'm looking to get a day-date platinum to add to my collection...may have to sell this one to do that but not sure yet. Going to try my best to avoid that to build the collection but let's face it, these aren't cheap. So I'm wondering what the retail for this watch would have been and how much it would have depreciated even though it is mint and basically brand new? |
