How can this be "100% Original" when the movement# n Rotor blade don't match up..??

Err buddies...this so called "100% Original Rolex" 1675 with Pointy Crown Guards...
listed by the eBay PowerSeller...is misrepresented...

http://cgi.ebay.com/1961-Rolex-GMT-M...item45f041c1a4

1. Movement# on Cal.1565(1560) movement don't match with the Chronometer Certification paper provided...
D39504(on movement) vs. 44347(on paper)...

2. Original Cal.1565(1560) movement should have "Butterfly" Rotor...
the one on the watch movement...is NOT.

So how can the Seller claims the watch package is 100% Original Rolex...n un-restored...???
