I only need it regulated!!

My two year old gold Day/Date needs to be reregulated as it is running a little fast. The AD near my home does not do work on Rolexes, but sends them out for service at the Rolex Service center. They tell me that if they send it out, I'll need to get a complete cleaning/inspection along with the regulation. This will cost about $500!
I checked with an independent watchmaker in St. Louis, and he too will not do just a watch regulation without a complete service.....for about $300 - $400.
All I really need on a Rolex this new, is just for it to be re-regulated, I think.
I'm not that keen on shipping my watch to some out-of-state watchmaker, so I'm asking if any forum members know of a reputable watchmaker in the St. Louis area, or in say a 300 mile radius of St. Louis (Chicago and Kansas City included), where I can get the regulation of my watch done while I wait.
