Yacht-Master II With a Different Bracelet?
Hello, I am a longtime reader of this forum, but first time poster. I currently have a 2009 Rolex Submariner but am interested in adding a Yacht-Master II to my budding watch collection. (Yes, I've heard all the comments on the "Clown-Master II," but I don't care, I like the watch and that's all that matters.)
I am interested in purchasing a Yacht-Master II, but I don't really care for the white gold model. (Too plain.) I like the yellow gold model, but I don't particularly care for the all gold bracelet. (Too "blingy.") I think that a two-tone bracelet (yellow gold and stainless steel, or yellow gold and white gold) would look good with the yellow gold case and blue bezel. Can the bracelet on the YMII be swapped out for a two-tone bracelet? The factory authorized dealer that I'm working with won't swap out the standard bracelet on the yellow gold YMII, so I want to know if it's even possible to do such a thing. |
