More appropriate for dressier attire...
the Submariner or the Explorer II in business casual/dressier situations?

The Sub under a suit jacket or shirt cuff appears to be a classic look that is tough to beat, while the understated, smooth bezel Explorer II looks pretty sharp in the same scenario ... which do you prefer and why?
