End-links for 40mm holed-case sports models interchangeable?

Hi folks,

I'm the proud owner of a 16700 GMT Master with a 62510/502B Jubilé bracelet

I'm hankering for an Oyster bracelet to replace the Jubilé and so I've been reading through the Rolex Bands, Braceletsand Clasp Info And Pics thread in Reference Library for more information.

From there, I can see the 16700 was sold with the following Oyster bracelets over the years:

• 78360/501B Oyster
• 78790/SEL Oyster

Despite searcing, the one thing I can't figure out is whether other end-links used on the 40mm holed-case sports models (e.g. 78360/580 from a 16550 Explorer II) will fit my 16700.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
