Sunbad: The bad experience had nothing to do with Rolex or the watch. It is the fact, no doubt, that the salesman had to serve a customer he had no chance of getting any commission from. That probably made him unhappy. Or maybe his dog died. I do not know and he did not share. He just griped a lot. There was more but I edited the post for clarity. I think it is a training issue but I do not have to sit by and wait for them to get their people up to speed. I am not here for them.
